Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Damages & Issues
The only exception to our no-return policy is if your item arrives damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or defective. To be eligible, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at holorelix@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale items or gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
If your damaged item claim is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at holorelix@gmail.com.
