Shipping Policy
Overview
All Holo Relix products are custom, made-to-order 3D printed items. We take pride in every order we ship and do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. All orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona.
Processing Time
Because every product is printed to order, please allow 1โ3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3โ7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2โ3 business days
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
- Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup in the North Phoenix, Arizona area. If you'd like to arrange a local pickup, select the local pickup option at checkout and we will contact you to coordinate.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Holo Relix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at holorelix@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
International Shipping
At this time we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future.
